Five Week Series
This five week Gentle Flow series is a space to move your body with intention, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God in the present moment.
Gentle Flow is not restorative. We will move, but we move slowly and mindfully. Each class includes grounding breathwork, a thoughtful warm up, a steady standing flow, and a calming cool down. You will build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility while staying connected to your breath and spirit.
This is Christ centered yoga. Scripture, reflection, and breath prayers are woven throughout the class to help you align your mind, body, and soul. You will leave feeling grounded, steady, and renewed.
Join live on Zoom each Tuesday night from 6:30 to 7:30 PM Mountain Time. If you cannot attend live, no worries. A recording will be sent to you the next day so you can practice at your own pace during the week.
